Pre-course cancellation: BIC
B1. Cancellation 4 weeks BEFORE the start of the course: candidates will be offered a full refund
of the course fee OR the fee kept in credit, preferably for the next available course (but credit will
be honoured up to 12 months after notification of cancellation). Candidates do not need to provide
any reason for their withdrawal from the course.
