In view of the young police man who died in Pisa this week and the young lawyer in Malta a few years ago, this is a skill we should all know.
So simple yet it can save a life just as knowing how to call 112, start chest compressions and use an AED.
All citizens should learn how to do this, starting by teaching our children at school!
