On 16 October 2018, Resuscitation Councils worldwide will be celebrating the first ever World Restart a Heart (WRAH) initiative.
All seven constituent councils of The International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) are supporting a global initiative to increase awareness about the importance of bystander CPR and to also increase actual bystander CPR rates worldwide.
