The Malta Resuscitation Council and the Malta College of Family Doctors jointly call for the Good Samaritan’s Bill to be enacted without delay.
The Malta Resuscitation Council and the Malta College of Family Doctors are jointly urging the Government to actively proceed forward with the Good Samaritan's Bill's Committee stage, third reading and final enactment.
All civil partners involved in the discussion were in favour of the draft and delay in this regard means delay in removing yet another hurdle from transforming laypersons into lifesavers.
